When will my package ship?
Per our website, please allow up to 2 business days to process and ship all orders. 5-10 Day Shipping times.

Why haven’t I received my package yet?
All packages are shipped through USPS. Once the product leaves our warehouse we are unable to control any of the delivery process. The post office is experiencing COVID related delays and issues that are outside of our control. If you have received your tracking number and days have gone by without your item moving in transit or it shows delivered, we recommend you contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number so they can give you an accurate explanation. 

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you put the wrong address and your package it will be returned to our warehouse. You will then be issued a full refund so you can repurchase with the correct address. We are not able to make address corrections to new orders. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS, INCLUDING YOUR STREET NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER BEFORE HITTING THE PURCHASE BUTTON.

My delivery was incorrect. What do I do now? 
If your order wasn’t correct please email us at fontahair@gmail.com with the subject  line “INCORRECT ORDER” in all caps. We will reply within 48 business hours to your email.

Why is it saying my order/shipping was cancelled?
If you received an email saying your order/shipping was cancelled it is because a new label is being created for your order. You will be sent a new tracking number. Please disregard the first one.

How do I get a refund? 
All sales are final once products have been received due to safety precautions. We are only process refunds once packages are returned to the warehouse by the postal service. This will happen automatically with out you having to email us.
